We work as a team to give our patients the best care. An experienced, RN supervised team stands behind each of our care givers and visiting nurses, creating and monitoring an individualized Plan of Care and ready to provide advice and support or step in and help when necessary. Our Sterling Caregivers are vetted for professionalism, experience, patience and empathy. Compatibility between client and care giver is essential so that our aides provide companionship as well as a higher level of TLC.

Accountability in Black and White

A professional Plan of Care for each patient ensures client and family care goals are defined and understood. State-of-the-art communications regularly provides an account of working hours, specific services rendered, physician’s instructions followed and a description of the patient’s progress.
