Our care manager works with you to create an individualized person-centered plan of care, including a structured daily schedule of activities, review of any areas of concern, and provides coaching, training, and support. All of our homemakers and companions who provide memory impairment services receive a minimum of 3 hours of initial training using the Alzbetter program as well as ongoing substantive memory impairment training by qualified professionals.
